“Woodward Moves” Complete Street Project
Pleasant Ridge and Ferndale were recently awarded over $2 million in Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funding from SEMCOG and MDOT. Detailed Water System Material Inventory Project
The State of Michigan has mandated that all water suppliers, including the City of Pleasant Ridge, must complete a detailed water distribution system material inventory. Marijuana Facilities License Application
The Pleasant Ridge City Commission approved an ordinance allowing for recreational marijuana establishments in the City on July 13, 2021. The ordinance becomes effective on July 28. The City will begin accepting applications for recreational marijuana business licenses on September 15, 2021. We anticipate having the application form available for prospective business owners by mid-August.
