Salt bucket fill moved to Tuesday, December 16.
Salt delivery is being delayed until next week because we’re looking at wet and wintry weather on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. Brilar crews will be busy with snow clearing and we can’t be certain when their crews will be rested and ready to fill buckets, or what the weather will be late this week.
As a reminder, residents may place up to three 5-gallon buckets at the end of your driveway to be filled. Please have them out by 9 am on Tuesday, December 16. It will most likely take more than one day to fill all salt buckets in the City, so please be patient if your buckets are not filled on the 16th and leave them out until they’re filled. This will be the only time salt buckets are filled this winter.
You may also want to label your buckets with your address in case we need to take them away to fill them (not likely, but possible).
