The City is embarking on a joint process to prepare a new Master Land Use Plan and a 5-year Parks and Recreation Plan, and we need your input!

Why Plan?
The Master Plan will provide a framework for ongoing maintenance, enhancing quality of life, and adapting to changing needs of residents.
The 5-Year Parks and Recreation Plan will provide specific improvements to be made over the next five years and provide guidance on funding and priority.
Community Engagement:
Your input is crucial! There are several formats and opportunities available for providing your feedback throughout the planning process. Mark your calendars for this summer’s engagement events and visit the project website for a full list of engagement opportunities.
- Tuesday, May 21st, 4:00 – 7:00 pm: Strategic Visioning Workshop at the Community Center
- Now through Sunday, June 30: Community Survey available online or in print at City Hall and the Community Center
- Wednesday, July 17: Public Input Opportunity, 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at the Annual Ice Cream Social at the Community Center.
