U8: DOB 1/1/2014-12/31/2015
U10: DOB 1/1/2012-12/31/2013
U12: DOB 1/1/2010-12/31/2011
Registration fee includes jersey and socks.
We will try to accommodate coach and player
requests, but no guarantees will be made.
